1. START ELEKTRONICKÉ REGISTRACE
Elektronická registrace do závodu CNC PCC & MR 2024 bude otevřena 1. března 2024 ve 19:00 (UTC+1).

2. POTVRZENÍ REGISTRACE A STATUS STŘELCE
Po vyplnění elektronického formuláře obdrží každý registrovaný střelec potvrzující e-mail. Jméno střelce je automaticky zaevidováno do seznamu účastníků se statusemREG (Registrováno). POZOR: Status REG nezaručuje střelci účast v závodě. Po obdržení potvrzovacího e-mailu je požadována úhrada startovného do 14 dnů. Při platbě do pole „Zpráva pro příjemce“ vyplňte své jméno a REGISTRAČNÍČÍSLO. To je důležité pro identifikaci převodu. Pokud platíte jménem více střelců, zadejte prosím všechna čísla a jména. Organizátor využije pravidlo "Kdo dříve zaplatí, ten má přednost".Žádnému střelci nebude umožněno soutěžit v závodě s Mini Rifle a s PCC současně.

3. POTVRZENÍ O PLATBĚ - STATUS RDY/PAID
Po přijetí platby účastníka na účet organizátora mu bude změněn status REG na
status RDY (v případě, že si při registraci do závodu zvolil svůj budoucí squad), anebo status PAID - to v případě, že jste si svůj squad nevybrali při registraci. Váš squad bude označen jako (?-00). V případě statusu PAID budete dotázáni na vámi zvolený squad. Kontroly plateb provádíme dvakrát do týdne. V případě, že status zůstane nezměněn déle než týden po úhradě startovného, nás kontaktujte na e-mailu Ws2025@ipsc.cz.

4. STATUS RDY/PAID A PŘÍPADNÉ ZAŘAZENÍ DO SQUADU
Provedení platby v termínu vám garantuje účast ve vybraném squadu. Registrovaní střelci, kteří nezaplatí do 14 dnů od data jejich registrace, budou přesunuti do provizorního squadu WFM (squad ?-00). Těmto střelcům nebude možné garantovat původně vybraný squad. V případě, že máte status RDY (Ready), můžete si sami v sekci SQUAD MOVING změnit svůj již dříve vybraný squad. Přesuny mezi squady jsou možné pouze, pokud jsou v daných squadech volná místa.

5. ZMĚNY V PROFILU VAŠÍ REGISTRACE
Jakékoliv změny a úpravy (divize, kategorie, ostatní personálníúdaje střelce) můžete
provádět sami v menu REGISTRATION, modul EDIT SHOOTER PROFILE.

6. TERMÍN PRO ZMĚNY VE SQUADECH
Termín pro změny ve squadech je 10 dnů před začátkem závodu. Po této době je
možné požádat o změnu pouze ředitele závodu.

7. TERMÍN PRO ZRUŠENÍÚČASTI A VRÁCENÍ STARTOVNÉHO
Účastník se statusem PAID/RDY může požádat o vrácení startovného kdykoliv v době do 15. srpna 2024. Po tomto datu organizátor platbu nevrací, ale slot (startovní místo) může být prodán/převeden na jiného účastníka. Poslední platby startovného (bod 4) musí být uhrazeny na účet organizátora do 15. září 2024.
Startovné zahraničním střelcům bude přepočítáno aktuálním kurzem ke dni, kdy bude startovné vraceno.

8. PÍSEMNÁ POZVÁNKA NA ZÁVOD
Pozvánka na závod je k dispozici ke stažení v menu INFORMATION, sekce DOWNLOAD. Budete-li od nás vyžadovat notářsky ověřenou pozvánku na závod,
budou vám účtovány náklady spojené s notářským ověřením a s poštovným.
Poštovné bude od střelců vybíráno na střelnici v průběhu registrace k závodu.
Důležité info: Uzávěrka zasílání pozvánek je 25. srpna 2024. Vyhraďte si prosím
dostatek času na řešení problémů se zastupitelskými úřady.

9. PŘEČTĚTE SI PRAVIDLA DOVOZU ZBRANÍ A STŘELIVA
Prosím, pročtěte si pravidla pro dovoz zbraní a střeliva. Tato pravidla platí nejen pro ČR, ale i pro celou oblast Evropské unie.

10. ZMĚNA DATA ZÁVODU
Organizátor Asociace sportovní dynamické střelby České republiky, z.s., si vyhrazuje možnost posunout termín závodu. Změnu termínu je organizátor povinen ohlásit nejpozději 14 dnů před začátkem původního termínu závodu.

11. OPRÁVNĚNÍŘEDITELE ZÁVODU
Ředitel závodu si vyhrazuje právo v případě potřeby provést jakoukoli změnu, včetně změny squadu střelce.

12. ZÁSAH VYŠŠÍ MOCI, NOUZOVÝ STAV
V případě změny termínu vynucené zásahem vyšší moci, vyhlášením nouzového
stavu apod., bude zaplacené startovnéúčastníkům převedeno na nový termín.
Veškeré spory vzniklé mezi pořadatelem tohoto závodu a sportovním střelcem
účastnícím se tohoto závodu budou s konečnou platností, s vyloučením pravomoci
obecných soudů, řešeny před Rozhodčím soudem při Hospodářské komoře České
republiky a Agrární komoře České republiky.

13. GDPR
Dokončenou e-registracíúčastník potvrzuje správnost uvedených údajů a vyjadřuje
souhlas se zpracováním osobních údajů pro: Asociace sportovní dynamické střelby
České republiky, z.s., se sídlem U Pergamenky 1511/3, 170 00 Praha 7, Holešovice,
IČO: 45768811, zapsanému ve veřejném rejstříku vedeném u Městského soudu v
Praze, spis značka: L 3466 (dále jen „Správce“), aby ve smyslu Nařízení (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) a zákona č. 110/2019 Sb., o zpracování osobních údajů zpracovával tyto osobníúdaje:

1. START REGISTRATION
The registration for CNC PCC&MR 2024 will be opened on 1st of March 2024 at 19:00 Central European Time (UTC+1).

2. CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION AND REG STATUS
After completing the registration form each person will receive a confirmation e-mail with information that he/she is registered into the match. The name of the shooter wil be automatically registered in the list of participants on websites with the status REG (Registered). ATTENTION: REG status doesn´t guarantee participation in the match. Match participation is confirmed only by payment - after receiving the confirmation e-mail, payment of the registration fee is required within 14 days. The organizer applies the rule „first paid - fist served“. All shooters have to choose only one division when they register for the match. It´s not allowed to register PCC and MR division in the same match.

3. PAYMENT CONFIMATION AND STATUS RDY/PAID
When the shooter pays the registration fee, there is necessary to include shooter´s
name and REGISTRATION NUMBER in the field „Notes for recipient“. It is important
for payment identification. If one shooter pays for multiple participants, it´s
necessary to include all names and registration numbers. In the field "Details Of Charges & EUR. However, if some shortage happens, the difference between
the starting fee and actual money received has to be paid in cash at the shooting range.
After receiving the shooter´s „registration fee“ payment to our account, the status of given shooter will be changed to RDY status (in case when shooter chose his future squad during the registration) or to PAID status (if the shooter did not choose a squad during the registration – in that case, the squad will be marked as (?-00)). In the case of PAID status, the given shooter will be asked for a preferred squad.  We check our account for incoming payments twice a week. In case of any delay with status change longer than one week after sending the the payment, please contact us at Ws2025@ipsc.cz.

4. SQUADDING AND STATUS RDY
Sending the payment on time guarantees you a place in the squad you chose during the registration. Registered shooters who don´t pay within 14 days from the date of their registration will be moved to a provisional WFM squad (marked as ?-00). It will not be possible to guarantee the originally selected squad for these competitors. If you have the RDY (Ready) status, you can use the SQUAD MOVING module to move yourself to another squad, where some free slots will be available.

5. CHANGE AND CONTROL YOUR COMPETITOR PROFILE
You can make any changes in your registration form (division, category, factor, shooter´s personal data, etc.) by yourself in the REGISTRATION menu, EDIT PROFILE module.

6. DEADLINE FOR SQUAD CHANGES
The deadline for squad changes is 10 days before the official start of the match.
After this deadline, it is possible to agree on changes only with Match Director!

7. DEADLINE FOR CANCELATION OF PARTICIPATION AND FEE REFUND
Any competitor with RDY/PAID status, who cannot participate in the match for any reason, can request a refund of the registration fee. The deadline for such a request is 15th August 2024.
After this date, it is not possible to refund the registration fee, but there is the possibility to sell the paid slot or transfer it to another shooter.
The deadline for registration fee payments (point 4) is 15 September 2024 latest.
The entry fee for foreign shooters will be recalculated at the current exchange rate on the day the entry fee is returned.

8. MATCH INVITATION
The Match Invitation (Editable/Interactive PDF) is available for download in the
INFORMATION menu, DOWNLOAD section.
If you require a notarized Match Invitation, you will be charged the costs associated
with notarisation and postage. These costs will be collected from shooters at the
shooting range in cash during the registration for the match.
Important info: The deadline for sending invitations is 25th August 2024.
Please allow enough time to resolve issues with embassies.

9. READ RULES OF IMPORT WEAPONS AND AMMUNITION
ATTENTION!!! Please, read properly the rules for importing weapons and
ammunition. These rules are applicable not only to the Czech Republic, but also to
the entire area of European Union.

10. MATCH DATE CHANGE
The organizer Asociace sportovní dynamické střelby České republiky, z.s. (Association of sport dynamic shooting Czech republic) reserves the right to change (postpone) the date of the match. 
The date change must be announced no later than 14 days before the original match date.
PAYMENT DEADLINE for the match with changed date remains unchanged and rule 7. DEADLINE FOR CANCELATION OF PARTICIPATION still applies.

11. MATCH DIRECTOR´S AUTHORIZATION
Match Director reserves his right to make any change if needed, including the
shooter’s squad change !!!

12. INEVITABLE ACCIDENT, STATE OF EMERGENCY
In case of a date change due to force majeure reasons (eg epidemic, pandemic,
natural disaster, etc.) the entry fee is not refunded, but will be fully transferred to
the new date.
All disputes arising between the organizer of this match and the sports shooter
participating in this match will be decided, excluding the jurisdiction of general
courts, with final arbitration proceedings before the Arbitration Court at the
Chamber of Commerce of the Czech Republic and the Chamber of Agriculture of the Czech Republic in Prague according to its rules of procedure.

13. GDPR
By completing the e-registration, the shooter confirms the correctness of given
personal data and expresses his/her consent to the processing of personal data for: Asociace sportovní dynamické střelby České republiky, z.s. with registered office at U Pergamenky 1511/3, 170 00 Praha 7, Holešovice, VAT nr.: 45768811, registered in the public register held at the Municipal Court in Prague, file nr.: L3466 (hereinafter referred as the „Administrator“) to process the following personal data in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act.
